Our Mission

Workshop Retreats is committed to providing transformative experiences through evidence-based practices that foster personal and professional growth and development. Our retreats integrate the healing power of nature with mindfulness, meditation, and other mind-body medicine techniques. We prioritize inclusivity and create a welcoming environment for all participants, regardless of background or experience level.

Our mission is to empower individuals and teams with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. We believe that through continuous learning and self-discovery, our clients can unlock their full potential and make meaningful contributions to their communities and the world.

Inclusivity

Our workshop retreats are designed to be a welcoming and comfortable space that values diversity and encourages full participation from individuals across a broad spectrum. We strongly affirm inclusivity and welcome all participants, including those with disabilities, people of color, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and other marginalized groups. We aim to create a space where everyone feels supported and encouraged to learn and grow.

Our scholarship program makes our educational retreats affordable for those with disabilities, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to participate.

We offer partial scholarships to support those who have a financial need and are full-time students or residents of countries where the costs of attending this retreat may be a challenge. To ensure that we can support those who are most in need, please note that you will be asked to complete an application if you are interested in applying for a partial scholarship. The application will ask about your financial need and how attending the workshop retreat will benefit both you and others. Please share with us how participating in this class can benefit you and your desire to serve others. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to benefit from our program and we are committed to providing support to those who need it.

During the COVID health crisis, she has been honored to consult with programs on burnout, empathy fatigue, and developing compassion resilience. Dr. Klich views living mindfully and performing optimally as accessible to anyone who recognizes a need for a shift in their life and sets an intention to move forward.
